Air conditioning in the room👌 Loved the central location- right on the main street, yet quiet inside the hotel area. The staff were wonderful The courtyard area was spacious and provided a variety of seating options for quiet solo time or sitting with your group As much filtered water as one can drink! The decorative details were sweet! The adjacent restaurant was lovely. Great breakfast buffet with omelette bar AND live music during breakfast!!!

Wonderful stay at Don Raul! The staff were helpful and kind. Our room as well as the outdoor area were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was so delicious with a good variety, we also had lunch at the restaurant and the food was excellent. Excellent location within walking distance to many places!

- The bed is very nice and comfortable. - Food at the restaurant is amazingly beautiful and delicious and also breakfast is quite good. - Location of the hotel is good.

Property is lovely. The main foyer area is so beautifully decorated and such a nice place to sit with a drink or read a book. So close to the main bussle of San Pedro. The staff were fantastic too. Honestly can’t speak more highly of the hotel.

Wonderful location and difficult to find anything in this price range on the main street. Has a lovely outdoor area and pool.

Staff was very helpful, polite. Even gave me a charger to charge my phone until I could buy a new one. Food in the restaurant is really good! Cleanliness is great, clean room really good every day.

The location is perfect at the end of Caracol street, near all the attractions but in the quiet end of the road. Great, welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. Hotel is neat but some bits were little tired showing a bit of wear. Good breakfast but no espresso - just bland filter coffee.
